This video was taken from the section of the Marikina river that hits the bridge of Barangay Tumana during floods.
Putting the sounds created by the residents of Barangay Tumana, such as the noise of a tricycle engine and children’s laughter, together with the sound of the rushing water shows how their daily lives intersect with the rhythm of the river and the floods that it brings.

Barangay Tumana is a relocation site built on one of the most flood-prone areas in Marikina City, which was long declared uninhabitable by geographers.
